Creator & Platform Terms

1. Who These Terms Apply To

These terms govern your use of VYRALIS — whether you're a creator listing work for sale, a buyer purchasing work, or a visitor browsing the platform. By creating an account or making a purchase, you agree to these terms.

3. Payouts

• Payouts are processed via Stripe Connect to your verified bank account or debit card.
• Standard payout timing is 2 business days after a confirmed sale (Stripe standard payout schedule applies).
• You must connect a Stripe account and complete identity verification before receiving payouts. Unverified creators can list and sell, but payouts are held until verification is complete.
• VYRALIS does not hold your money — funds flow directly through Stripe.

4. What You Can List

You may list original work that you own the full rights to, including:

• Digital photographs, illustrations, graphic art, and printable files
• Original artwork and limited-edition prints
• Zines, books, and printed matter (PDF or physical)
• Wearables, ceramics, and handmade goods
• Mixed-media and other original visual work

You may not list:

• Work you don't own the copyright to
• AI-generated images presented as your own original work without disclosure
• Content that is sexually explicit, promotes violence or hatred, or violates any applicable law
• Counterfeit or unauthorized reproductions of third-party brands or artwork

5. Creator Responsibilities

• You are responsible for accurately describing your work — medium, dimensions, edition size, what files are included.
• Digital files must be the quality and format described in the listing. Misrepresentation is grounds for removal and refund.
• You are solely responsible for any taxes owed on your earnings. VYRALIS does not provide tax advice.
• You grant VYRALIS a non-exclusive license to display your work thumbnails and titles for discovery purposes. You retain all copyright to your work.

6. Buyer Purchases & Downloads

• All sales are for personal use only unless the listing explicitly states a commercial license.
• Digital files are delivered via a secure, time-limited download link. Links expire 7 days after purchase and allow up to 5 downloads.
• If your download link expires before you download, contact VYRALIS support for a reissue.
• Buyers may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense purchased digital files.

7. Refunds

• Digital downloads: All sales are final once a file has been downloaded. If you haven't downloaded yet and believe the listing was materially misrepresented, contact support within 7 days.
• Physical goods: Return and refund terms are set by the individual creator. Review listing details before purchasing.
• VYRALIS reserves the right to issue refunds and charge back creator payouts in cases of fraud, misrepresentation, or platform policy violation.

8. Content Moderation

VYRALIS moderates listings for compliance with these terms. Any user may flag a listing for review. We reserve the right to:

• Remove listings that violate these terms without notice
• Suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate terms
• Hold payouts pending investigation of flagged transactions

If your listing is removed and you believe it was in error, contact support at support@vyralis.com.

9. Account Termination

You may close your VYRALIS account at any time. Outstanding payouts owed to you will be processed on schedule. VYRALIS may terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice, at our sole discretion.

10. Limitation of Liability

VYRALIS is a marketplace connecting creators and buyers. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of listed items; the accuracy of listing descriptions; or the ability of creators to complete sales. Our total liability to you in connection with any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify creators of material changes via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
